Our Equipment
Our Fleet & Clinical Capabilities
Advanced Clinical Care & Cardiac Monitoring
Every event requires AED (Defibrillator) access, but we go significantly further. When you opt for a Paramedic-led service, we provide advanced cardiac monitoring and a comprehensive formulary of medications. From managing minor ailments to delivering life-saving interventions during a cardiac arrest, our clinicians bring hospital-grade Pharmacy and advanced care directly to your site.
Cycle Response Units (CRU)
In crowded or sprawling event spaces where traditional vehicles struggle, our Cycle Response Units provide the solution. These units are designed to navigate safely through pedestrian traffic, ensuring rapid “on-scene” times for critical incidents. Each CRU is fully equipped with an AED and a tailored suite of emergency medical supplies.
4×4 Rapid Response Vehicles (RRV)
Our RRVs are engineered for speed and agility without compromising on equipment. In strict adherence to recent road safety legislation, all our RRVs are legally compliant for public road use, featuring the capability to transport patients in a recumbent position. This ensures that our response is not only fast but fully legal and patient-focused.
Off-Road Specialist 4×4 Ambulances
Designed to reach patients in the most challenging terrain, our fleet of seven 4×4 specialist ambulances—including Land Rover Defenders, Volkswagen Transporters, and Mercedes Sprinters—ensures we can reach an incident anywhere. These vehicles effectively bring A&E capabilities to the most remote locations, ensuring terrain is never a barrier to high-quality care.
Frontline Emergency Ambulances
Our frontline ambulances are mobile treatment suites equipped to manage everything from minor injuries to major trauma and cardiac emergencies. As a CQC-registered provider, we are fully authorized to transport patients under any circumstance, providing a seamless transition from your event to the hospital when necessary.
On-Site Treatment Centres
For events requiring a fixed medical footprint, our self-contained treatment centres offer a private, clinical environment. Each centre is fully equipped with climate control, professional lighting, and running water, ensuring patients are treated with dignity and care, regardless of the weather or external environment.
Clinical Staffing Levels
First Aiders
Our First Aiders hold regulated ‘First Aid at Work’ certifications and have undergone enhanced training in manual handling, oxygen therapy, and Basic Life Support (BLS). Trained to be the eyes and ears of the medical team, they are skilled in the rapid recognition of major illnesses, traumatic injuries, and the critical need for spinal immobilisation and AED deployment.
First Responders
Stepping up from basic first aid, our First Responders possess enhanced patient assessment skills. They are trained to provide initial stabilization for traumatic injuries and are qualified to administer specific life-saving medications, serving as a vital bridge between first aid and advanced clinical care.
Emergency Medical Technicians
Our Technicians offer intermediate clinical assessment and intervention. They are highly experienced in managing major illnesses and complex trauma, equipped with a broader range of medications and advanced equipment to stabilize patients during on-site treatment or transit.
Registered Nurses (RN)
Our Nursing team consists of dedicated professionals registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, they provide high-level clinical care, including minor injury management such as wound gluing and suturing, making them an ideal asset for events requiring a formal “Minor Injuries” provision.
Paramedics
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), our Paramedics bring hospital-level diagnostics and treatment to the field. They are experts in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). Their skillset includes cannulation, advanced airway management, and the administration of a wide range of emergency medications on their own clinical initiative.
Doctors
Our Doctors are GMC-registered specialists who provide the highest tier of medical oversight and intervention. Beyond advanced surgical and life-support techniques, they offer on-site prescription services and expert clinical advice for complex cases, ensuring your event has the most robust medical leadership possible.
