‘ We would not consider engaging any other team to look after our 100+ kids at our kart race events across the UK,
professional, compassionate, caring, faultlessly reliable and cost effective too’

Graham SimeNatska Director

James Shemmeld at RTC Medical Solutions is an asset to our club for his professionalism and high standards in his specialist area of work, all of which came to the fore when dealing with one of our runners who I can say is now fully recovered.

I just wanted to thank you all for helping get my dad back to the UK. You made the whole trip worry and hassle free and nothing was too much trouble. You are a credit to the ambulance service, thank you x

Your team are a credit to the event sector! After being let down last minute RTC Medical supplied us with 3 crewed emergency ambulances for our event. We can’t thank you enough

Simon JohnsAwesome!!!

The team at RTC went that extra 1000 miles. My son was injured in Benidorm and unable to travel by air. James and the team really pulled the rabbit out of the hat for us with an ambulance journey non-stop home. Not only was the journey smooth and trouble free, they also provided a DVD player, food and drinks for the entire journey. Thank you so much for everything, we will never forget everything you did for us.

FFFFFFFFFFFreezing!

So despite sub-zero temperatures in Essex this morning the 167 marathon runners got underway just after 0730.  What so special about these runners? Well, in my opinion they’re amazing! Some of them have completed over 1200 marathons which is……. quite a long way and in addition to that, some of them were in their 70s!! WOW

Crisis Averted

Crisis was averted last weekend after we were able to provide alternative cover for a new client in Liverpool.  The Invisible Wind Factory’s original medical provider called them the same day they were supposed to provide cover to cancel their availability.  Thanks to our great team of medical staff we were able to ensure the club remained open.

Thanks for having us and hopefully this will be the beginning of more to come.

So what’s new in 2018?

2018, onwards and upwards!

New Ambulance station and offices

Due to increased demand for our services we have now moved to an additional Ambulance base in Newcastle Under Lyme.  We have also completed and passed our inspection with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who have registered us as a provider.  So what does this mean?

From 2018 RTC Medical Solutions will be offering transport services across the UK on top of our extremely successful events services and first aid training.  With an increase in demand for services we have increased our fleet numbers and improved on our already excellent level of equipment.  All staff can now receive training at the base and where necessary make use of the IT suite on site to keep up to date with their clinical knowledge.  Furthermore, training rooms will be equipped with manikins to ensure teams remain up-to date with current guidelines and skills.  Finally on this note, our new make ready area will ensure there is a separate area for vehicles to be stocked, cleaned and prepared for events.

New Vehicles

Latest additions to the family include:

4×4 Skoda Scout
Mobile Treatment Centre
Heavy Duty 4×4
2 new ambulances
