What First Response Emergency Care Course (FREC) Course is best for me?
The FREC3 course is the entry level course for anyone looking for a career in the event medical sector. Each level brings it own merits:
FREC4 – Equivalent to Ambulance Care Assistant
FREC 5 – Equivalent to Emergency Medical Technician
FREC6 – Paramedic level qualification following HCPC registration

Yes! All of our trainers hold both the relevant clinical and training qualifications.
Do you have a quality assurance plan in place?
Yes! Our quality assurance plan demonstrates our promise to you to deliver a quality service every time.
Do you teach to current accepted First Aid practices?
Yes! We use the latest Resuscitation Council guidelines, current first aid teaching practices with additional frontline knowledge and experience.
Does your training cover an appropriate syllabus?
Yes, our first aid training courses follow an appropriate syllabus set out by the Health and Safety Executive and/or Qualsafe Awards. However we are able to adapt courses to meet your business requirements.
Do you issue certificates and how long do they last?
We issue certificates following successful completion of a course and receipt of payments in full. Certificates last for 3 years from the date of final assessment and there is an option available for candidates to attend 12 month refresher courses.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of candidates per course?
Yes! In order to ensure quality of teaching, courses require a minimum of 3 candidates and a maximum of 12 per instructor.
NB. We are able to facilitate a course for more than 12 candidates if required by use of additional instructors.
